Don't you mean county ??...County Leitrim in Ireland ?...it is in the northern part of Ireland ..but outside the 6 counties of Northern Ireland ..so technically it is known as a Southern part of Ireland ..the only lough I can find there is Lough Allen ..it is at the end of the Shannon River ..so it is possible there is a small lake ..called adorn

It's close to the townlands of Garadice and Glennan, but whether it's actually in either, I don't know.
