Well just from what I can see in your picture you have big bouncy boobs and I LOVE big bouncy boobs.
I don't hate small perky ones but big bouncy ones are fun to play with

depends on my mood I'm generally more of an overall package type guy (athletically fit will get me to notice someone) but I'd definetly say I'm more of a perky man myself. Too much more than a mouthful or a handful is wasteful. However if I paid for them slightly big (big c-cup) and perky wouldln't be a bad combo ...

both it deepens on the lady that has them.. if your a big girl then bouncy is good if your a small girl then perky is good..

Usually girls are self-conscious about that kind of thing because many guys love big boobs, so when they have smaller boobs, it makes them think that boys find them unattractive. Personally, I don't care what size they are.
