Dr. Bob's. Its available in San Francisco Gourmet grocery stores. Not sure where else. Their Dark chocolate is make from Scharfenberger Chocolates. Very Delic.

Go to Italy and have "gelato artigianale". You can also find such shops in Greece, (Syros and Nafplion).
Oh, I also forgot Xara in Athens!
My point is that traditional home (or almost home) made pure ice cream is best.
