I'm currently a size 12 and I just want to get down to a size 10. My one guilty pleasure is... Caffinated, sugary sodas. I've given them up before with NO weight loss. SO, Is the above mentioned enough to shed a few lbs.?

No its not......

You need fresh fruit and veggies......whole grain bread...
NO POP...........Drink nothing but water..........
pop is Awful for you....it ages you gives you wrinkles.....It does nothing for your health......Give it up ; )

Jumping jacks hurts your knees and joints.....

Try walking a mile or so......or even walking on a treadmill..
Start going to a local gym and workout.......
Buy a tiebo tape.........

If you wanna lose a few lbs...you need to stick with it...because if you can't keep your everyday eating under control........l your just going to gain more weight in the end : )

Depends on if you are doing 3-point jumping jacks or just regular gym class jumping jacks. Also depends if you are using hand and ankle weights, resistance bands, and how quickly you are doing the jumping jacks. For a male at almost 6 ft, 185 is not at all a bad weight if you have the right about of muscle mass. My boyfriend is 6'1 and around 205lbs and is in wonderful shape. So I cant really guess how heavy you are. If you are in good shape then you will not really loose much weight at all... if you are morbidly obese then you will begin loosing weight but not much. A jumping jack takes around 3 seconds, if even. So lets just say each one takes you 3 seconds... that is only 300 seconds worth of exercise.... around 5 minutes worth. That is not enough cardio to do much of anything as far as weight loss goes. At best it will rev your metabilism so that you burn more calories throughout the day but I doubt it even does that. Eat healthy, eat 5 small meals a day to keep your body metabolizing... and do 100 3-point jumping jacks using 10 lb hand weights and ankle weights twice a day. You will see some weight loss. Good luck!

I started walking 2 to 3 miles a day. Altered my diet to avoid MSG, Aspatame and Corn Syrup that are in foods. I dont starve, by no means. I eat alot of veggies with protien (Chicken or Fish) for energy that my body needs. I lost quite a bit of weight over the months. Normal is only 2 lbs per week, so be patient. The best way to loose weight is to read your ingredients on the labels and know what they are and how they hurt you. MSG (aka 'spices' and natural flavorings on labels) alone deadens brain receptors so your body will still feel hungry instead of full, making you eat more. Learn more about these killer ingredients, and you will stay fit for the rest of your life. There is alot of information on the web regarding these fat makers.

Diet and exercise is all that works. And you dont have to join Trimspa to do it. Even if you taking pills or on a quick weight loss diet...you still have to diet and exercise it says. So just skip the stuff thats bad for you. And start a food journal. Write down everything that hits your lips. Count cals or total fat grams. Keep cals between 1300-1600 and grams 20-30. Exercise 30 min. a day. Can be whatever you like..even walking. Walking is really good for you. Recommended by my dr. and I lost 100 lbs. on it. You can expect to lose 2-3 lbs a week.

Just cutting 500 calories a day can lead to 1pound a week of weight loss.I don't think the trim spa will do anything for you except put chemicals into your body that could actually make loosing weight harder for you.THIS SOUNDS NUTS,BUT just think about it.Try drinking lots of water and eating foods such as fruits, nuts, veggies, and eat at least on to three servings of dairy like low-fat yogurt,a glass of skim-milk.Hope you get to your goal.

Don't eat or drink anything that has the word "diet" in it. It may be lower in calories, but it wreaks havoc on your body. You'd be better off losing weight the natural way than be artificially thin and unhealthy.

100 jumping jacks is barely enough to get your heart pumping. Increase your overall cardio, ie...running, walking, biking.

Also increase your proteins and fibers to get your metab accelerated.
