Doing something active.
I don't think that either one necessarily makes you a "spiritual person", but then, I don't think that being spiritual is a good thing anyway. Doing something active outdoors will do more to connect you with nature, which, in the long run, is what matters anyway. All the spirituality in the world isn't going to help you when you're dead, so it's far better to connect with the real world while you have the opportunity.

Why not do both? go to church in the morning to listen to a sermon (my pastor is awesome. I love listening to him preach).
In the afternoon, spend time with friends and family.
Both activities make me more of a spiritual person.

Unquestionably B. However substitute "bike" with "Exceedingly powerful and most evil-looking custom Harley." Before I throw a leg over my white horse, I must put on my dark shades so that I don't see too much. And then Aquila turns the throttle all the way and hits the road. Heads turn to look, some cover their ears. This is my religious experience.

Sunday's for are family are both. We go to church Sunday Morning and Sunday night, and in the afternoon we spend time doing things together. Just because I choose to go tochurch does not make me any more spiritual than those who do not.

ALL of the above, after church I can go and enjoy all that God has out there for me.
Its like having breakfast at home to build up strength to go out and enjoy the day.
A. definitly makes you more spirital, happier, and a better person.

Sitting in a church worshiping and learning more of my God.
Do I like the other things, absolutely and I may even do them after church, but in no way do I need to do them instead of church.

I rather be listening to a sermon. Neither of them makes you a more spiritual person.

I pick B. I am not spiritual at all. I am an atheist. I do, however, love my family dearly and always do something fun with them on the weekends.
