Your head hurts like hell, and if you suspect a fractured skull (there would be a grating noise when your head moves or there would be a hole/line under the skin) then go get it checked at hospital!!! IMMEDIATELY!!!

if youve got a clear liquid coming from the ear or nose possibly fractured, go to A&E.

its gonna hurt a little bit and im sure theres gonna be some blood and you would go into shock because of the pain.............. if you are asking you skull isn't fractured
