I qualify as an addict myself, though I was hooked on pot. I couldn't stop, for years and years. I started going to NA and AA meetings 10 months ago and I haven't used once since. At the end of the meetings we usually form a circle and say a prayer, after which people say "keep coming", and sometimes add "it works if you work it, so work it, you're worth it." If you want to get off drugs, this is a proven method. Good luck to you. Peace.

OK, first off you need to help your body regulate...a multivitamin high in vitamin C and B will really help. Flax seed oil will also help feed your brain. You also need nourishing supplements, such as Nettles and Dandelion Root and something for energy...Ginseng, I think would be best. Congratulations for taking the first steps toward kicking the habit and good luck! i am at windstarhealing.com if you have any questions.
