hi i just got my braces off (yay!!) and would like to whiten my teeth, i heard crest whitening strips works great, but realized there are two different kinds, premium and original.
I know original is for 14days and premium 7 days, im wondering which one should i buy.
Please help me if you have used both of them and saw any differences between them

I use the classic original kind and I have never used the other, but the classic worked really well and I never experienced any sensitivity

Ok well I have personally used both types and...definitely get he original! I experience sensitivity with both kinds actually, but much less with the original ones. Also here is some advice...it says to use the strips for 1/2 hr twice a day and every day but if you feel sensitivity after using them like I do then just use it once a day or twice a day but every other day. This is the only way that I can use them. And back to your question, I think the original ones are not as strong so they are definitely the better choice and they work just as well.

i have used both premium is targeted more for adults because they r ment to take decades of yuck off of your teeth.
my teeth became quite sensetive while using both but if this happens u just skip a day between treatments
good luck...im sure u will have a beautiful smile when your done
