It's probably not the way they're made but all the handling they go through to get to wherever it is you buy them. They go from the candy factory onto a truck, then onto heaven knows how many more trucks and finally to the store. It can get pretty hot and yucky in the back of those trucks.

What I want to know is why Snickers can't make a candy bar that doesn't go straight to your hips, and cause you to have to exercise for 3 hours to get rid of it.

Actually, that only happens about one out of twenty times that I open a Snickers bar. You are buying them from a machine or a store that doesn't sell a lot of that brand, and they allow their stock to get old and overheated.

Snickers - sounds like knickers.
I thought it ´s called "Marathon", no?
That name fits better, cause running a marathon is easier and quicker than removing all that sticky crap from your clothes, fingers, wrapping and teeth.

When they make a cheeseburger that doesn't loose cheese via sticking to the paper! Isn't that part of the charm of it all?

I don't think it's in the manufacturing, it's in the shipping. Buy it elsewhere, and see if the problem goes away. I've never had this be a chronic problem.
