I would say toss it. Better safe than sick.

I watched a Dateline type thing about food a week or so ago, and the experts were saying that food should be left out no longer than 2 hours. I'm one of those people who forget to put the pizza in the fridge at the end of the night, so sometimes I've eaten food w/meat on it the next day (and live to tell). If you're the slightest bit concerned, I'd toss it out. If you don't mind living on the edge every now and then, I would think you'd be okay to eat the sauce today.

I leave things like spaghetti sauces and chilis and marinades overnight on purpose. Just remember that you have to heat it through very thoroughly. Just don't do what the Medieval peoples did. They would leave the leftovers in the pot overnight, then add to it the next day, leave those leftovers, add to it the next day, and so on and so forth .... who knows, your next bite could be a bit of carrot from over a month ago!!! Thus the poem, 'Peas Porridge hot, peas porridge cold, peas porridge in a pot nine days old!!'

What I would worry about is bacteria (because it it damp) BUT what if you boil some water (first) and after it starts boiling, throw the spaghetti back in it for a few minutes. Drain again. I would think this would kill any bacteria, wouldn't you? Just an idea.
Assuming you meant noodles only - right? If meat, NO -

I'm quite sure it is good. You cooked it so that killed most bacteria if there was any harmful in there. If you cook it well again it will kill any that you may have added. If you only served out of the pot and did not introduce a lot of bacteria from your mouth or hands etc it should be very safe.

Toss it out. Especially if it has meat in it. It is unsafe and also a good way of getting food poisoning.

My son-in-law and daughter do it all the time eat foods left out all night...I myself, think it to be risky. I will leave you with advice my father gave me regarding this very subject.."When in doubt, Throw it out!" It's a good rule to follow, bacteria grow fast and if you immune system is weakened by illness or disease it can make you very ill..Think about it..

I would eat it. Just heat it up really good to kill anything, and it should be fine. But eat it that day, don't keep it any longer.

Well its entirely up to you , but its better to be safe than sorry , was it covered ? if it was,. then it could still b ok , but remember you can only re heat food once, if it was uncovered, I would definately discard it
