where to find quality single men?

I'm 57 and widowed,I would likee to find quality single men my age or a little younger,I don't want to date "old" men,as I'am a very attractive woman and don't look 57,I look more like 47,and act young too.Bars are not the place to meet men,as I have found out.I live in Rockford,IL.

Honey, at 57 you should know by now that age is just a number and has no bearing on the "quality" of a man.

How would you like it if a nice single man around 52 asked you out on a date and then found out you were 57 and told you, "Get lost, I'm not dating some old woman!"

First, I would suggest an attitude adjustment before you go in search of a Mr. Right.

If there is a community college in your area sign up for a class or 2.

If you are religious try church.

Maybe a Sierra Club hike.

I have heard that some people have good luck with the Internet. Maybe someone will recommend some sites.

Madame, I think you are not doing yourself justice. Age has nothing to do with the game of dating. I'm glad that you are confident in your appearence. Trust me, maybe what you need is a different flavour, a younger stallion perhaps. But what I would like to advise (without any offence), is that you open your horizons. Try joining some social clubs, going to museums or the zoo places like that....Your smart not to date men you meet in bars....It's not exactly the place you find quality men. I always manage to find dangerous ones though....lol

Oh! I missed a great oppurtunity!!! Am 34 and looks much older whereas you are 51 and looks younger!! It would have been aperfect match!! But I am in India and that spoiled my dream!!!
