A group of friends and myself went out last week as a celebration for leaving college. I was giving a lift to one of the lads that lives near me cus he cannot drive.

On the way home, when we were on our own he made a move on me.

We ended up kissing and i gave him a bj.

The problem is that i am really good friend with this guy but I DO NOT FANCY HIM. He said that we can just be friends, which is cool, but he said that he wanted to go further with me.

I want to but i don't. call me sad but i am a 17 yr old virgin and i do want to go further because i am curious but i don't want to go further because i don't love him, or even fancy him and i want to loose my virginity with someone i actually like.

What do you think i should do??? my friends are saying don't do it with him and wait for somebody i love, should i follow this advice?

I know he says that he wants to be friends now, but the fact you gave him a ******** doesn't exactly say 'I don't fancy you'. Who knows what will happen next time you are alone with him.
You really need to exercise some self control and at the same time make sure you carry a condom in your bag. Your curiosity, quite obviously, is over ruling your desire for losing your virginity to someone you like.
It is not sad to be a 17 year old virgin. It's not compulsory to lose your virginity before your 20, the world wont end if you don't. Would you rather have sex in the dirty bedroom of a teenage boy who has little experience, or in a few years, with someone who doesn't fumble about and romances you first.
It's your choice.
Good luck.

Definitely. I mean, do you want to remember your first time and be like: I didn't even like him! ? So yes, wait until you've found someone you love and loves you back and doesn't just want sex. And it's not sad that you're still a virgin at 17. I'm still a virgin at 19 and I intend to stay that way for a while to come and thank goodness my boyfriend and soulmate Tony, whom I love with my all, respects my decision. Make sure the one you lose it to appreciates the meaning behind the gift and make sure that he's the one you're happy giving it to. Good luck.

u have smart friends, heed their advice. you are still young. you need to experience more of life. make the first time count. make it memorable. dont do it out of curiosity. it renders it less special. someday soon, you'll have the chance to satisfy ur curiosity. be patient. in the meantime, enjoy college life.

yes, that is very good advice. don't do it with someone you don't feel intimate with. it will ruin your friendship.
