Fundamentalism is a mind-virus, in this case a very aggressive one that drives the host to infect others with it and to keep propagating the mind-virus (idea package) as their prime directive.
So yes, it is a kind of mental disease..rather like a virus that might infect your computer it starts altering things in the brain or the computer to follow it's own directives.

People who talk about fundamentalism really have no idea what they are talking about in ignorance. Fundamentalism is considered the root cause of all evils only by people who have no knowledge.
The truth is if all the religions go back to their fundamentals written in their books this world will become a more peaceful tolerent place. The fundamentals of the books get manipulated by the religious scholars by their own corrupted interpretation for their materials gains. Jews Christians and Muslim scholars who spread hatred against each other are the propbem not the fundamentals.

surely that's Spirituality or the "favor for GOD" or the "favor to be solid" that's a psychological state elementary to many human beings. i will't call it a ailment at this aspect. faith on the different hand became invented by politicians, clergymen ,godmen etc to take earnings of this psychological state to acheive their objectives. i'd call this "taking earnings" the authentic ailment. the following is a a threat treatment : remove politicians and godmen who do no longer something yet make the most. i imagine with the progression in preparation that is an ongoing procedure. a million)we ought to have a computer run equipment to replace a minimum of one/2 the politicians- a equipment that money owed the critiques of each and every of the individuals, and ameliorations coverage excellent now. 2)we ought to have techniques like yoga/meditation/extra constructive moral preparation etc to replace the blind idea in so observed as godmen. No. It's someone who has firm beliefs and does not believe that other religions are right. Only one religion can be true. While many religions have many truths in them, only one can be completely true. A fundamentalist believes that theirs is true and they don't need to spend 10 years of rigorous study to know if another religion is correct in all of it's teachings.
A fundamentalist is a strong willed person with beliefs different from yours (and that can include atheists).

Dear,
I am deceased and I know. At least i know that something is wrong with me when I have to adhere to religion. But the problem is that others made me sick. If I would live in normal society with normal life and happiness, I would not have any need for religion.
I am in great mess. Therefore I use religion as my only choice. Please give me back my life!
