I know this may sound wacky, but try the suggestion below. It won't hurt, and it may help.
According to the reading I have done regarding hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), the brain, when it senses that blood sugar is low, will do sometimes strange things to get the blood sugar (glucose) out of storage and into the blood stream. Fear and rage are sure ways to do this. If these emotions causes a release of adrenaline (fight or flight), then low blood sugar is probably the cause.
Suggestion? The next time you feel the fear, rage, feeling that people are mocking you, or feel like crying, go to the kitchen and get some protein, meat, a can of tuna or whatever, and eat it. Also have some carbohydrate, like a handful of chips, an apple or some carrots/celery and also some nuts or peanut butter. Eat at least 2 ounces of the protein. Then drink a glass of water and do something that will keep your mind off your problems for about 30 minutes. Exercise is good. You may find your emotions more under control.
Also, you may want to search Yahoo!Answers for fear, rage, crying, as it is here regularly, has gotten some good answers, and will confirm that you are not alone.
Chronic low blood sugar can also cause self-esteem problems, anger management problems and a whole bunch of other physical and mental nasties. You may want to check out the symptoms link on www.hufa.org, and see how you check out.

You may need to realize that life goes on, and whatever happens to you happens for a reason(God made it that way), maybe somethings are too exteme, but if you have faith in yourself you can do anything, the sky is the limit.
You need to learn assertiveness, or in other words, self esteem. As for defending yourself, don't worry about it, if anyone evr picks on you, just walk away. That makes you more and more tougher each time. Suffering from anxiety will only make you cry more,.
Good Luck!!!!

Dark mad shadow,
Perfect love casts out fear. I use to be sad all the time and held a lot of bitterness for even small things. It would have destroyed me and it could also destroy you. I am glad to say that I found the problem that I had. I didn't love.
But how do you help yourself? You can't...But God can. You can not love until you have received love. God is love and you are now aware of your need for Him. You know that old prayer you've heard in church about the Lord being our shepherd and keeping us safe? I'll attach the link where you can read it.
Yes, you might go to a hospital and they could give you medicine to help you manage your condition, but if you come to Jesus, He has promised that "if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new." You probably didn't expect it but you have a lot of people who are now praying for you. God bless you.

A good answer: Try not to think about it. Or possibly you are scared of the dark. If that's right, get a baseball bat and hit the monster in your closet with it, lol! Another possibillity is the heart thing affected your personallity.

I don't know if you are male or female. You have depression and need a doctor. Go to the emergency room and tell them just what you wrote here.

It sounds like whatever it was that happened to you was severe enough to cause Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Seek help from a therapist.
