I have tried many colon cleaner's but they have been so nasty that i stopped taking them or the products just havent worked. I really need to clean myself out because i am always "bloated" and heavy like. I have heard that you can hold pounds in your colon alone. What's good out there?????

I would advise against using colon cleansers. You will temporarily "clean out" your intestines, but if your intestines work properly, guess what.. they'll fill up again unless you want to have constant diarrhea.
There are natural bacteria there that remove what the body needs in different sections of the intestines. By flushing on a regular basis, you're upsetting the natural balance of your system.
If you feel bloated, try eating foods that are low in salt and spices and eat more ruffage. If you are looking for something that'll give you the runs naturally, drink a glass of Sauerkraut juice or eat raw Sauerkraut. Much healthier alternative.
Drinking sufficient water / tea will also help keep your b/ms normal. If the bloating is really bad, try a beano.
Do yourself a favor and don't blow your money on quack science.

Stay away from colon cleansers. This is junk medicine. If you drink plenty of water and get plenty of fiber, you shouldn't even have to think about colon cleansers.
It's possible that you have an intestinal blockage. A barium swallow X-ray procedure can rule that out.
For the feeling of heaviness, try walking more. Various intestinal complaints are directly caused by anxiety. Walking is a useful way to get rid of anxiety.

I don't think any doctor would recommend using colonics. Just eat a healthy diet and the right amount of fiber. Don't mess with your bowels or you will have problems later in life. If you are bloated then drink more water. If you want to lose weight then exercise.

When I had to have a colonoscopy the doctor had me buy the kind of FLEET that you can drink, 2 bottles of it. He had me drink only liquids for a whole day no solids, then at 4:00 that same evening I was to drink one of the bottles, like 1.5 ounces, you can mix it with a clear liquid. then at 6:00 I had to drink the second bottle, well it definitley did the job. It doesn't taste real great. The first bottle went down pretty easy, but the second one was forced down, but I promise it will do what you want.
