Yes shes living with foster parents there. And wants to come and live in the Scotland with us. I dont know what sort of visa she would need.

Does it have to be an 18 yr old?
I know Mrs Dolores de Souza in Sweetwater and she would love to come to the UK. Would she do?

You will need to apply for a settlement visa, contact the american or UK embassy.

If this is someone you met on the internet and they ask for money for travel tickets, visa etc then it is a con and you will get ripped off.
