first thing, eat whatever you like, but in limits, drink lot of water and eat fresh green leafy vegetables in plenty and also consume fruits insteady of spicy masala food. never eat any junky items, from roadside. do all possible exercises and yoga if you know. meditate for a while. be calm and quite and dont worry. this will give you a fruitful result, try.
