You are both in love with each other, that is the reason to get on with your love and if you both want to be married then you should do that. Never mine the age, a year elder means nothing at all. I am a year older then my husband, I am married a long time and never once does that matter. Age is just a number it is silly to let that stop you.Good luck.....

I understand your confusion as its a tradition for the boy to be elder than the girl!!If you both have discussed and decided on the matter, nothing can go wrong much except for a little resistence from both sides!!The main point of worry is when you both are old..... You both will be old people together and the idea of having an younger wife is to mend you first in your old age!!! If that's resolved, go ahead!! Its not uncommon now in India also!!

Hell yeah brother. I'm asin as well. and I've been out with ladies much older then me mant a times. THere is nothing wrong. But if you are living in India you might have some problem with the community.So you can alwaysmove to an area where people don't know your history.

She is one year older then you? Who cares? One year...are you serious? If you love her than marry her. You should worry about other things in a relationship other than her age.

i say you should go ahead and do what your heart tells you to because life is too short not to be happy if this young lady makes you a happy person when you are with her then i think its a wonderful thing please make youself happy because age is just a number also make sure it is what she wants good luck and god bless you
