It's not connected to Wicca, but that doesn't mean it's not a spiritual or psychic event.
The constellation of the Pleiades is known as the Seven Sisters; http://www.naic.edu/~gibson/pleiades/pleiades_myth.html has info about their mythology.
Three circles can mean a lot of things, including the three phases of the moon that are celebrated in Wicca.
