I have been to the "brick & mortar" in Las Vegas, it's a huge place and they have VP machines and slots for sale...You might give them a try...

First of all, i would recommend checking out the Australian site for Ebay for similar objects, and starting your research there, to get an idea of what they're selling for. Once you had some idea, you could ring a local auction house or houses (they usually list in the phone book) and arrange some type of valuation; if it is portable, you could take it in to them for them to personally look at. You could also look at foreign sites using yahoo or another search engine, by looking up images of your machine. Some of them might have a rough value on them.
