The easiest way is to shuck the corn and clean off the silks, then wrap each corn cob individually in a wet paper towel and microwave on full power for 5 minutes. After the corn is finished, remove from the paper towel, add butter, salt and pepper as desired and enjoy!!
You can also do more than one corn cob at a time, I have made three at a time, cooking for ten minutes instead of five. Good luck!

After husking and dethreading them. The best way is to spread a little butter on the cob and the wrap them in wax paper. Then microwave on high for one of the following times:
1 ear 1:30
2 ears 2:30
4 ears 5:00
then let them rest in the wax paper for a couple of minutes. then enjoy.

You could probably immerse the cobs in water in a microwave-safe bowl and cook them that way, but it's so much easier to just dunk them in boiling water for 8-10 minutes. Add a little salt to the water, if you like. Cheers.

put it in a bowl, cover it with water, add a little salt and butter for seasoning, cover it with plastic wrap and cook it until its done. In the average microwave it should only take about 10-12 minutes to cook fresh corn, maybe 7-10 minutes for frozen corn.

I find that if you take the cob and wrap it in plastic wrap. and microwave on high for about 2-4 minutes it turns out the best.
Good luck
