Go to the local supermarket. Go to the salt section. They actually do sell sea salt. Go check it out.

Any decent supermarket sells sea salt, but get the fine and not the coarse!!

If you just mean ordinary sea salt - try a health food shop! They sell it in bags. But if you mean the spray-in stuff, try Boots.

or get some water and put a little salt in it add it in shampoo its cheap

You get it from the supermarket... why would you want to use salt in your hair?. to much salt is not good for you, also what magazine were you reading? you shouldn't believe evrything you read....
