RELIGION DOES NOT REALLY MATTER.
What matter the most is our RELATIONSHIP with God. Is it genuine or superficial?
And those who hate religion need to understand that God is love.

There are many great books on this subject that provide lots of facts and data which shows overwhelming evidence that the creation model of origins is accurate. And creation is a great argument for a creator. One good book is: Darwin's Black Box.
The Bible states that the fool has convinced himself that there is no God. On the other hand, since you do believe in God, the Bible states: Knock and the door will open, seek and you will find. So, just offer to someone that they sincerely ask God to reveal himself, and leave it up to God. After all, if He cannot convince someone of himself, you sure won't have any success.
I think the best argument I've heard is the following. It does not 'prove' that God exists, but it creates a reasonable doubt to those who think that He does NOT exist, and it makes sense to intellectually honest people. Here it is:
Man has explored very little of our universe. More than 99.999999999% of it is still a total mystery to the most brilliant of scientists living today. That means that as a group, all people combined have less than 1% of all universal knowledge. Is it not possible that God exists in the 99 plus percent of universal knowledge that we lack?
Stating that there is no God because we cannot see proof of Him in our known universe is like searching a one inch square area for a particular grain of sand that is lost somewhere in the world and then stating that, based on your search, the grain does not exist.
As for following the right religion, first study the origins of the religions. Where did they come from, and what was the character of the people who founded them. Also, is the documented evidence that these people even existed, or that what they said really happened?
I did this, and came to the conclusion that Christianity is the true religion.
Next, I studied what each denomination stated about what they believed, and I again studied the origins of each one. Based on all of my research, I believe that the Apostolic faith is the most accurate.
SUCCESS!

you can't PROVE to anyone tht god exists. That's why it's called faith. Some people have it, and some people don't. I personally don't have faith that god exists. I may be wrong, but I'm not willing to believe in something just because someone says it's true. I'm the kind of person that needs proof, and unfortunately, I can't get it, because there isn't any. However, I don't hate religion at all. I think it's absolutely necessary in order to keep society somewhat civilized. If people weren't afraid of the wrath of god, they would have no incentive to lead a good life. Some people need that fear to keep from doing horrible things. The threat of eternal damnation has kept alot of people out of trouble. All religions are roughly the same, so stop worrying about the details. Just be glad that those people have some direction in their lives. You say you know god exists? Good for you. Now you need to do god's word, and "live and let live." I believe he was also the one who said "thou shall not judge."

True religion.... yes it is a interesting question for me...
Proving that which religion is true is a complicated answer.....
Suppose I have 5 sons how can judge which son is very good... by its nature by its ability of talking .. if he is giving me all this answer than he is the good child than 4 ....
Similarly ..,, I can give answer to this question in this manner as I'm an Muslim and now media is bombarding the image of Muslims in the society is very wrong.... They are only judging billions by Hand full of peoples ... do u know... Hitler the person who killed 25 lac Jews and as he was a christian than w can't say that Christianity is wrong as he was a christian ... or we can't say that Islam is wrong because Al-qaida are Muslims...
Does anyone in this world have seen al-qaida ....??
No No....no one it is only the phenomena ......
after 9/11 and specially after the announcement of Bush that Muslims have done this disaster the number of people accepting Islam has been increased ...... If it is wrong than why ... the number of people accepting Islam before 9/11 was 25 per day and now it is increased to 70 per day/....
in Islam I'm here to give guarantee or else beat me .....that point out a single verse which is against peace....
Allah says in The Holy QUran.."If a person (weather he is muslim or not) killed a innocent person he has killed whole humanity and a person save a person he has save hole humanity."
I'm also a Muslim and i'm proud to say that ....our book quran is the same as it ws reveled 1400 years ago not a single word has 0r had changed.... but in opther scripture people have made modifivation by the changing enviroment.....
I'm sure if u accept islam and follow and act according to its commandment u can find a true peace.....
For simple reasons...
Islam is the only true religion.
Islam is the religion of peace.
Islam is the religion of total equality.
Islam is the religion of tolerance.
Islam is the religion of highest morals and ethics.
Islam is the religion which makes all people real brothers.
Islam is the religion which forces a Muslim to be kind to his neighbors and society
Islam calls for purity of families and the cleanness of all males and females before and after marriage.
Islam calls for the foundation of strong family relation which cant be broken for any reason.
Islam made "zakat"= giving to the poor, one of the pillar of Islam.
That is why Islam has been and will continue to be the largest growing religion in the world.

The accepted fact of energy conservation: Energy cannot be born or destroyed just reshaped. Everything has mass, mass is made of matter, matter is made of energy. And since energy cannot be destroyed or created in the first place there has to be a source of energy how else could energy come to exist. That energy is the building blocks of the cosmos. now how could energy become energy out of nothing if there was no source to create it?
Also one are the chances of creation coming to existence in the beginning there is absolutely nothing. Then more or less the chances of creation coming into existence would be one hundredth over infinity (since nothing existed) yet how come the universe existed if there was no powerful intelligent force to back it up?
And about life. could life suddenly materialise out of non-life? as some evolutionists (Evolution dying science)propose so? If so how could non-life turn into life if there was no intelligent design behind it?
The Theory of evolution is a lie. Creationism defeats evolution. Let me explain: Science has proven that DNA is the building blocks of life, and all scientists agree that DNA is material that stores information on the creation of an entity. Micro-Evolution has been proven, but macro as in: "Massive modifications on a large scale?". Evolutionists argue that since everything evolved from bacteria you have to consider this fact. DNA is programmed to produce the same amount and quality of DNA they are born with. Then Why does the genetic code of the bacteria has significantly less genetic input as compared to that of the human's this proves the falsity of genetic evolution from bacteria to current day human.
In all experiments with evolution, it is observed that creatures mutate only by shuffling or rearranging their genetic structure.
Think of it as Hyper Active Malnourished Albino chiwawa has a genetic structure of A-G-H-I then the mutation occurs and her offspring is a Hyper Active Malnurished Dehydrated Chiwawa, it has a genetic structure of A-G-H-I they are both the same creatures but only the latter "evolved" but never was it observed the a mutation had produced extra genetic code therefore if a bacteria has only 10000 units in its genetic materia how come something as simple as a plant has x 10 more genetic materia if no intelligent being had put the extra materia there in the first place. since DNA is so complex even one modification to a molecule can totally change the product i.e.: instead of a butterfly it's now a moth how could we have so much diverse and stable life forms if everything evolved from an amoeba? Religion was right, GOD does exist, and science is only publicising this now.

All reasoned arguments rely on axioms, i.e. things which we take to be true, but which are not amenable to proof. The most obvious example of an axiom is the validity of reason itself - It is trivially obvious that we can't use a reasoned argument to prove that reason is valid, because we have to presume that reason is valid in order to make any kind of reasoned argument.
I have another axiom, which I'm sure no sane person would dispute: That the order and complexity that we see around us in the natural universe, and particularly in the intricate structure and functions of living organisms, could not possibly just exist fully formed, with no cause, no origin, no precursor of any sort. I can't *prove* that this is the case, but it seems inconceivable to me that anyone would dispute it.
So, the logical consequence of accepting this axiom is that, for the very same reason, it's not possible that the order and complexity of the universe is sourced in an intelligent deity who designed and made the universe and *himself* exists fully formed with no cause, no origin, no precursor of any sort. I don't think any reasonable person would dispute the axiom presented here, and acceptance of the axiom leads to an indisputable proof of the non-existence of an intelligent creator.
Anyone who (against all reason) asserted that the order and complexity we see in the universe *could* indeed exist fully formed with no cause and no origin, in order thereby to save the concept of an uncaused intelligent designer, would find that they had invalidated said designer by making him redundant - i.e. if the order and complexity of the universe could just exist fully formed and uncaused then it would not need (in fact, could not possibly have) a designer to cause it to exist.
Either way, the concept of a creator is invalidated.

FAITH is the only way u can associate urself with GOD...Imagine this scenario where we have police and law enforcers existing in our society..yet we have numerous crimes being commited. Though there is a substantial awareness of the existing authority, yet crime is commited..Apparently when God comes into picture, though the authority is not evident as we cannot see or hear God, yet we fear the almighty....that's the faith he instills in u...which paradoxically signifies his presence...
Religion i believe is the platform built by humans to associate and give identity to God which in fact have many differences created by the human mind....The differences i believe has gradually evolved to preserve one's self interest...God sees no religion, caste, creed or color...
One of the best way to establish the existence of God would be to hear ur inner voice..ur so called conscience..Remember whether to do good or bad unto others is ur choice...tats the beauty of being a "human being"...

i used to think in a similar way. God has done many things in my life that before i came to know Him it just would not happen for me.
You'll have ask God to come into your life and basically tell him that you want to know Him.
If you are serious about it things will start to change for you sometimes you'll have to face your demons but you will win the fight. All because you'l come to realise that Gods promises are true and you have to have the victory in Jesus's name.
You 'll learn to pray and ask for a closer
one to one relationship with Him and He will open the right doors for you in your life and close those doors that hinder you from progressing/going forward.
People are always afraid of what they do not know.
Fear stops people from seeking out the truth. You have to have faith to believe in God the Holy Spirit and nowadays people only beleive what theie eyes can see so they lack faith.
God changes your life for the better but so many turn their backs on Him with their own man made ideals/ fear/religion. But He still loves them.

Faith Is Needed
Since it is not possible to scientifically demonstrate either evolution or special creation, faith is required to accept either teaching. But faith in the right thing is not wrong. The Bible says, "But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him" (Hebrews 11:6). "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen" (Hebrews 11:1). A British wit once described "evil lution" as "the substance of links hoped for, the evidence of fossils not seen." How right he was!
Broadly speaking, people fall into one of three categories:
Creationists: Those who believe that a supernatural Being (God) made the universe as recorded in Genesis chapter one. The Church of God International, along with millions of Bible-believing Christians and Jews, falls into this category.
Evolutionists: Those who believe that the universe came into existence billions of years ago and that life on earth evolved of its own accord by some inexplicable power. One does not have far to look to find many who hold this view.
Theistic Evolutionists: The theistic evolutionists attempt to integrate the two doctrines. However, the doctrines of creation and evolution are so strongly divergent that reconciliation is totally impossible. Theistic evolutionists believe that God was involved in the creation, but that He took thousands-perhaps millions or billions (do we hear "trillions"?)-of years to do so. Although many hold this view today, such syncretism reduces the message of the Bible to insignificance. The conclusion is inevitable: There is no biblical support for theistic evolution.
Does It Really Matter What One Believes Concerning the Origin of the Universe?
It matters a great deal what we believe concerning the origins of the universe and of life itself because if the universe and life on earth evolved over billions of years, then:
The Genesis account of creation and the hundreds of Bible verses that refer to the creation are pure fiction. In other words the so-called Holy Bible is, itself, riddled with the very thing it strictly forbids: lies, suppositions, and superstitions.
Virtually all the Old and New Testament writers were deluded-because they all believed in the creation. This would include all the prophets of old, all the apostles, and even Jesus Christ Himself.
If life on earth evolved of its own accord, it would mean that man is not accountable for his actions to a supernatural Being, and that we could make or break so-called "moral laws" with impunity. After all, "if there is no God, there cannot be a Judgment Day. So why bother about moral behavior: let us eat, drink, and be merry for tomorrow we die."
In the final analysis, if evolution is true and the Bible is false, there would be no sin, since there would be no God, no Lawmaker, and no laws to break. It follows that, if there were no laws to break-and the Bible defines sin as "the transgression of the law" (1 John 3:4)-there would be no sin. If there is no sin, we would not need a Savior to redeem us from the penalty of breaking those laws (Romans 6:23) and Christ would have died in vain. In short, evolution is a complete denial of everything the Bible stands for.
These are the inevitable conclusions that will flow in the wake of a society that rejects the basic teaching that God created the universe. The matter of origins is very important because society's behavior and destination depend upon it. In his book, Evolution or Creation? (page 2), Henry M. Morris, Ph.D., confirms this point. He writes:
"Each person needs, more than anything, a sense of his own identity and personal goals, and this is impossible without some sense of his origin. What a person comes to believe about his origin will inevitably condition what he believes about his destiny."
Lenin is quoted as saying that religion is the opiate of the people, but the truth is that evolution is the opiate of the atheist!

God is such a broad term. If you want proof as in through personal experience.....learn how to travel out of body i suppose. What more proof is that. Seriously. If you want to know you can. You might not agree with all the answers but at least you will know. What else do you have to lose.

The bible is the Holy word from God. The bible has never failed to come true. Other religions have come and gone, but God's word will never die. Prophecies and the Ressurection are proof of God.
