there are really so many, but I haven't seen many new trends... I know of e-card proposals, but I guarantee that will get ya shot down... If you want to get her to say yes, do something VERY romantic. I, being a girl have thought up many romantic proposals before... So I will list some for you, feel free to use them!
- Take her to a maze and at the end have like a violinist there and get down on one knee and propose...
- While she's sleeping just put the ring on her finger and wait until she notices and propose to her when she comes to ask about it.
- Leave her a little riddle clue hunt for the ring...
- Write her a song that asks her to marry you and go to her work/school and sing it to her and present the ring.
- Just make an entire romantic night... Like taking her to picnic in the park and watch fireworks and ask her during the firework finale
there are a few...
Or I guess you could always send a cheesy e-proposal...

Disagree. would not tackle the reason.
