okay theres this across the street boy and i really like him and i think he likes me cause all the time he looks at me but heres the problem im 17 and he is a college kid and my mom was like if u go over there u will be grounded for 10 years but he likes me back what do i do and what are the signs???

He's going to be at a different point in his life than you are in yours. Your still in High School, have fun and date some seniors if you like older guys. If your looking for a serious relationship, I would advise you look elsewhere, or just wait. There's no reason you can't become good friends with him, you know, have him feel like he's the only one you can talk to about yourself, family, friends, problems. If he really likes and cares about you he will always be available to you as a friend. If in a year or two he's interested in a relationship with you, and you him, then I would say go for it. Just hang out with and befriend him. That's your best bet to finding a guy that will be there long term. An open trusting friendship is the sturdiest foundation for a healthy, loving, lasting relationship of any kind.

Go for it! Your mom cannot really ground you for ten years. She can try and stop you from being with the guy but she cannot stop what you feel for him. To love and be loved in return is such a beautiful feeling. First, know his intentions if you end up with him. I think it is a good idea for you to not be intimate with him until your are eighteen. You do not want to get him in trouble.
Talk to your mom and ask her why she doesn't want him for you. Is it because of his age? His obvious experience with women?

First stop saying you're 17, you're not. Second you're not allowed to cross the street until you're 13 without an escort. 3rd Like if your mom grounds you for like 10 years then you might like be able to cross the street when you're like off restriction.

Just chill out till your 18, but in the mean time get in good with the" across the street boy" in the mean time..Like become his friend, talk to him let him know that you are interested in him for shore. plus wouldn't it be nice to know if he is into you for shore also. You've waited how long already. a year or less couldn't hurt...
