I suppose it would have to be wild game for me. I went to South Africa 9 years ago, and went to a restaurant specialising in wild game. The chefs would take the meat of say kudus, zebras, ostriches etc, around the tables, and would carve slices of meat right onto the plates in front of the diners. There is no limit on how much you can eat. Basically I tried all the diffent kinds of wild game available in the restaurant. One of the cute part about the restaurant is that there is a white flag on each table. When you think you are done for the meat, you just have to wave the white flag, symbolizing surrender, and they will stop serving you the meat. The ambience of the restaurant was nice and comfy too.

Fried crickets chased down with vintage congac- in Korea- considered quite a delicacy! And yes, the legs had been removed in the preparation. Tasted like popcorn

Snake tastes like greasy chicken.
We had to try Rhino and Hippo in our college cooking class when it was brought in by a couple of girls from africa. I was amazed that it really wasn't that bad.

Deep fried curry chicken feet. Surprisingly quite nice but the claws a little too crunchy for me. I ate this in Indonesia, apparently a common meal yet a delicacy???

i live in the PHILIPPINES! we love to eat exotic food! one of my favorite is "balut"! u might have seen that beeing eaten in survivor, dont remember what season was that... its a duck's egg, boiled in water for about 3 mins, then all you have to do is break the egg, sip the hot soup inside, eat the partly formed duckling (about 16-18 days old, with all the feathers, feet and beak!) i love to put salt and vinegar on it! yummy!
