start walking a lot or reading before you fall asleep, or doing some good activity and pls stop thinking a lot before you go to bed and have your dinner atleast an hour before you sleep

1. read a book. preferbaly a "good" book you need to read, rather than the book you want to read. that would bore you to sleep.
2. crack your joints, one by one, slowly, starting from your toes. slooooowwwwly. that'll relax you.
3. exhaust yourself with some strenous exercises [push-ups etc]

make sure your room is real dark, when you lay down do slow deep breathing, and think of things you`d like to dream about. also a fan blowing helps a lot of people. GOOD LUCK
