Listen, replace cigarettes with water. Every time you urge for a cigarette, drink one glass. This way you get something to do - to get your mind off cigarettes and you stay healthy.
Notice in a day or five that your breath is easier and smells better. You don't have that ugly taste in your mouth. Everyone else will notice too.

Well I quit smoking and then I was nervous (for 2-3 weeks) and I realised I was eating more and I got some kilos (few).
But then i also saw that I could work out better so I lost that kilos...
So if u take care u won't get them ;-)

its a dangerous way in keepin thin - smoking -
BUT then i did hear there is something that happens to your body when you stop smoking, and most people gain weight- but the best thing to do is to stop smoking and replace this with something that you like . All the best

Eat a balanced diet and start to exercise. Your taste buds come to life after you quit but don't indulge yourself with over eating. BE smart, healthy and smoke free!

People only really get fat because they use food as a substitute. Instead of doing this you could chew gum when you get a craving.
