I wouldn't actually call the Vatican City a 'country' , for the simple reason of it's title, i.e. 'CITY' so I would have to say that Luxembourg was the smallest 'COUNTRY'

"Spelling"...the study of putting certain letters of a certain word of a certain language IN THE PROPER ORDER! That's "COUNTRY!"
