To delete a file without returning to the recycle bin you should do as follows:

1. First confirm that the file you want to delete, is really a file you want to get rid of because if you delete it permanently, you would not be able to recover it.
2. First select the file you want to delete by a single click of the mouse.
3. Press and hold the shift button on your keyboard which would be located below the caps lock button and above control button.
4. Then press delete button which would be on the right side of your keyboard below insert buttonm and on the left side of the end button.
5. once you will have both the buttons pressed simultaneously, you will get the option asking if you want to permanently delete the file.
6. Select "yes" and your file would be deleted permanently from your system.

Best of luck and thanks.
