Our priority should be Deen. Some people say that I don't want to get into worldly affairs, now I want to do something for Deen. These people fail to realize that worldly matters are a part of Deen. So, if your priority is Deen, you can deal with all the things equally and justly.

Your basic needs must come first in most situations. If you are sick or too weak to do anything you can't care for others. Then comes sick/frail/injured family. Healthy family and friends are next. Then work followed by society as a whole. God/the gods will go in various places based on you obligations to them and what the consequences of not meeting those obligation will be.

Definetly God. Draw a triangle with God at the top and you and any other thing at the two base ends. You'll see that the more you and whatever was at the other end walk upward towards the top of the triangle and to God, the closer you are coming together but downward from the top and away from God, the farther you go from each other.

Do Not Worry
25"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? 26Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life[b]?
28"And why do you worry about clothes? See how the lilies of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? 31So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' 32For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
Well this says God should be first it also tells us not to worry God will provide for us so I would say that family is second and work is a distant third

Biblically God should come first.
But the interpretation of this answer will be diffrent for each person. For me, God and family are equal, and then work and everything else.

God definitely comes first, He is the one who then looks after your family and job worries e.t.c. God is life and without Him, you got nothing to offer to your family and your work.
