You have to go take a cbt test this will allow you to drive for two years on your moped ..costs about £90 pounds go to nearest bike dealer they will have details of who runs the courses

Have you got a UK/EU Driving License (Provisional)?
can you read a number plate at 67' ?
Have you got insurance?
Does the moped need/have an MOT?

If so, then the answer to your Question is Yes

absolutely...just not a motorway or A road/M... you also have to comply with minimum speed signs...some A roads will say minimum speed on this road is 40mph etc, but this is usually only on a dual carriage way section.

The only place you cant ride them is on a motorway.

Yes - so long as you have a provisional licence, have passed your CBT (compulasory basic training), have insurance and a valid M.O.T. test certificate - then all you need is fuel and your on your way.......

you can but, as you know the tranport in u.k, it might be quiet dangeors to ride and if you want to ride it then please be careful.
