Why won't Muslim religious leaders police their own ?

Many radical muslims seem to enjoy blowing themselves up in the name of their religion. I can't understand why the muslim religious leaders in the area don't take action to excommunicate these people for doing these horrible deeds. Seems the muslims are the center of most of the worlds violence, all in the name of god!!!!!

Unfortunately, many of those imams (kinda priests) are the ones who are responsible for the attacks. This happened in the London blasts and during the cartoon controversy too. The radical imams encourgaed the people to behave in that way, and most of the Muslims follow the imams. They should learn not to respect them so much, but everybody respects holy men (even atheists respect priests), so it's quite impossible.

However, most of the terrorists have not much idea of their own religion and they don't commit those attacks because of Islam, only in the name of it.
Many Islamic religious leaders condemn them, but they don't get much publicity.

My dear friend, they have but the western media does not provide them coverage.

Did you know that near half million Muslims marched against the attacks of 9-11 in England? There have been more than 2000 fatwas against these torror acts performed at the name of religion but how many do you know of?

Almost every Muslim community donates blood to blood banks when such terror acts take place but you'll never get to see those.
I hear Imams talking against these kind of acts almost every Friday mass yet we don't see those in media.

There is no one defining doctrine in Islam. The imams are just individuals who interpret the Koran and then teach their interpretation to others. So if the individual imam is a violent man he will only pick those passages that support his point of view. The same is found in any religion.

You act as if marrying is the cost you pay for sex as if there is not any different reason on the decrease back of it with the exception of sex. initially I evaluate maximum individuals do not look waiting for marraige to open their "gardens" up for marketplace. It is the other way round. Muslims are victims and their leaders don't care for them but for their masters in the west. If you don't agree then search for the facts and see who are being killed? When the Israeli army is attacked they respond by destroying infrastructure and killing innocent civilians and those war crimes go unnoticed, why? Watch the news today and count the victims in Palestine and Iraq.
