The word Equallity means equal, yes. But when it comes to racial equallity it isnt so. Dont get me wrong I am all for racial equallity, but things have gone to far. For instance I have been living my stupid little town for 4 years waiting to be rehoused, I am a high priority case, which means I am top of the list. But When an Imigrant from Africa, Asia or some eastern European country, who has just been granted asylum and who can hardly speak a word of english walks into the council office and Demands a house they get 1 within 2 weeks, and it is normally a three or four bedroom house, when it is one person moving in. There is such thing as a local connection clause in effect in this town, which means you have to have some type of connection to the area for a period of time(years). So I ask what the F**K is their local connection, And why is it they get this priority

Boy, what I would have ever given to even be on a list to get housing. We lived with an outhouse until we could put a bathroom into a shack when we started out, and we made our own payments on the place. We both worked hard and those seem like happy days now, but I'd like to know more about a list. I want to go to college, get housing, get food stamps and just sit and wait until they arrive. We are tired of getting up and having to be at work by 8 and not get home until 6, then cook our own meals. I missed out on some great program.

What you are saying shows the lack of Racial Equallity not it's disadvantages. So Racial Equallity itself is not a bad thing. But the people youve mentioned are misunderstanding it. Racial Equallity means it doesnt matter if a man is black or white, or if he's asian or african. But ofcourse it differs if he knows english or not, or even if he has just moved to your town or have been living in it for quite a long time. So i think the problem is that some people misunderstand Racial Equallity, not the Racial Equallity itself. ;)

I am possibly in the same situation as youm and I am outraged by these asylum immigrants. I cannot understand why they should get special treatments when we have to work so hard for our own lives. Many of these people only claim to be refugees, but have merely moved from a bad country in which the government there is slightly questionable. This country is wasting a lot of money on those people.

I don't know their connection b/c I don't live in your town (maybe,I don't know).
I believe everyone is equal.Color is only skin deep. But you aren't talking about racism. You are talking about origin hatred(or something like that). You don't not like them b/c of their race, you don't like them b/c of where they came from.I think thats different,b/c you don't seem to have a problem with asian americans or african americans or whatever.
As for housing, well I do understand your issue. At my parents church, they sponsered a family from Africa to come here. They recieved a home,a car, medicaid and food stamps, and jobs. They even got the government to pay for college courses for both parents. And daycare for the 2 kids. Now the father is a lawyer and the mom works at some really good office job. This doesn't seem fair to all the low income american ppl,I know. But , what can you do?And ppl complain about illegal immigrants!Hah,atleast they don't get a free life when coming here.

Racial equality has always been aired by people and widely accepted. But in reality, the equality is not always respected.
The color of the skin is always a gauge in treating a person. Let us stop this kind of discrimination.

It is time for Black America to stand up to this wave of pro-undocumented aliens crap and get back our jobs and our rights. You White and Black people who are pro-undocumented aliens should be ashamed of yourself!!!
Lets love everyone!!! Who cares if they ruin our quality of life!!!
Shame on you people who want to sound cool and don't think anything is wrong.
WAKE UP!!! White people are not the problem anymore.
99% of you African Americans have NEVER been slaves to white people. Maybe your far distant grandparents form 90+ years ago!
