First let me state that I do understand that component cables give a much better picture than regular A/V cables but allow me to explain my situation.
Ok it is a 37" screen and in the store the picture looked ok. As I got it home I plugged in the playstation to the regular A/V cables and played a DVD, the picture looked like garbage. I am not saying it looked like garbage compared to when it was set up at the store....I am saying that the picture on it looks worse than my 10 year old 19" Toshiba tube TV. I put in a few different DVDS and put a few different games and every picture looked crappy.
With this kind of TV will I always get a horrible image without using component cables? I find it hard to believe that with my playstation and regular A/V cables that my ten year old tube TV would give me a much better picture and something would not be wrong with it. I am really considering returning it but I am waiting to see it with some component cables.
