When ever U get hit on the head assume you have a concussion. Don't bend over, pupils may be uneven. You should b checked for 1 or 2 nights to see if you awaken easily. There is a difference between a concussion and a skull fracture. If you have black stools or "coffee grain appearance in the stool you have a skull fracture and need to get to the ER. As long as you have a bump on the head, believe it or not that is a good thing. It means that the swelling is going outward not inward. Take it easy...if your symptoms worsen get medical help (nothing is done for a concussion other than the Dr will tell you don't bend over, it puts pressure on the head)
Oh, one more thing...stop fighting...it can be hazardous to your health

What's with that guy going on about electrical contractors?
Symptoms of a concussion vary with severity but can include vomitting, confusion, loss of balance, amnesia.
I suspect that your drowsiness is probably due to the fact you were up at 3am fighting with cups. The massive bump would be because of the hit to the hit, but I can't really say you have a concussion. Unless you fell after being hit with the cup and bumped your head, it would've been one heck of a cup and one heck of a hit with intent to injure if you get a concussion from it.
Check with your doctor. You know what they say about head injuries - you can't be too safe. Always check it out.

could be that you are just wore out still from the emotional stress of the argument, but you shouold still see a doctor if worried.
from my own experiences, people I have seen with a concussion have dialated pupils in addition to being tired. Do you have a headache? (other than just the localized area of the bump- or is it your whole head that hurts?)
Its better to be safe than sorry, and to get a doctors note or ER documentation could be handy if you ever need to go to court over it.

Check the way you speak and write. If you have trouble concentrating enough to fully spell small, simple words like "the", "you", or "with", then you might have a concussion....
Especially if doing anything that regards, oh, moving, thinking, or breathing makes your head REALLY HURT. :p
Pardon the sarcasm, but something really tells me you've been here before, and should likely see the doctor while you still have enough wits about you to know *what* a doctor is.....you do know what a doctor is, right? ;)

Have some one check your pupils to see if they are equally dilated. Put an ice pack on the bump and see a doctor if it persists. Next time wear a helmet.

you sound like you may have concussion but highly unlikely. it is just a headache, have some energy food, eat your carbs and take a tablet for headaches.it is not a cuncussion as if you sleeped well the apin could not have been bad as when my mate had concussion he could not get to sleep. hope you get better, have a bath and relax, good luck.

Ignore all these answers and get to your doctor ASAP. Only a doctor can diagnose that, hits to the head, even minor ones, can be very serious.

don't worry you woke up, so your okay, but your going to be sore for a few days. lol drowsy is a sign that your body is tied and it is tying to heel, so go with it and place ice on it. lol
