Nicotine is like any other "BAD HABIT" we develop and like all of the other habits we must want to stop it enough that we just do it or look for alternatives in therapy. If you have smoked for any length of time you can't expect to be an overnight success. Try Hypnotherapy or acupuncture or a combo of any of the aforementioned , but keep in mind the power is in your will to stop!

We used this herbal stuff(detox capsules at night,tincture tabs for the urge). Shock and surprise it actually worked form the first day(30 yr smokers). Been smoke free over 2 yrs now.We bought it on sale at a store for 20 bucks. last time I saw anything like it was on infomercial and it was selling for 70 bucks.
