First, there are at least three good Yahoo! Groups: Abbotts Inn School of Magic, the DruidWicca Coven, and the Great Wild Beast Furtherment Society. Then there are the following sites, just to get you started:
http://www.book-of-shadows.org/
http://home.earthlink.net/~tezra/
http://www.geocities.com/SoHo/Cafe/1614/Celtwicc/Wicca/Wicca04.htm
http://www.communityseed.org/
http://www.quantumalchemist.com/
There, that ought to get you started!

http://www.witchvox.com is a good overview, but it sometimes glosses over key differences between the different traditions.
http://www.ecauldron.com is a great place to learn more about reconstructionist religions; it's one of the few pagan interfaith sites that is aware of recon beliefs & issues.
http://www.pagannews.com/ has articles, news, book reviews, and so on.
http://wargoddess.net/ is by someone who's very aware of internet pagan issues--and it's got reviews of other pagan sites at http://www.wargoddess.net/wrev2/
You can look through those and find other pagan sites.
The use of the word "magic" or "magick" is controversial; Crowley created the -k spelling for specific numerological reasons, and since many modern pagans dislike Crowley's works, they don't like his word for spellcraft either.
