Talk it over with your parents or grandparents.
It is natural and loving for couples to have sex. And I take offence at some people saying that old people have sex. Grandparents can be in their 40's and that is not old.
Sex is not bad and as you get older you will realise that it is part of a very loving relationship and a good thing not bad.
It shows how much they love each other and as importantly it shows that they a very loving people.
Couples can continue well into their nineties having sex.

Wow, your grandparents still have sex? Good for them and erase it from your mind or just be happy that they still can love each other that way after many years of marriage. Sex is healthy between two consenting partners, especially married partners that are elderly. Just ignore it.

know what i think? i think it's a really a damn good thing to have happened...what you saw proves that they love and care for each other...my parents...i don't think they've been having sex...probably for a few months...maybe it has been years...how do i know...my mom kept complaining that there's no more love between she n my dad..she even said that my dad always tries to not have sex with her even when she showed that she wants too... to me...they not having sex for a long time has lead to them fighting since before i was born!
your grandparents are really lucky...i wish my parents are like them...

Run! I would. Dont know what from but i would just run for the heck of it. Just kidding. Let them get jiggy with it. As long as you dont have a tendency to enjoy it....then it should be fine. You may feel a little queezy and have nightmares but those are normal symptoms.

It's OK! They are so loving! Old people do have sex too, just it is not very often. Like once a month or so?

just go on with life. i surmise you accidentally saw them doing it. do not be traumatized. its an act of love. it should not be something scary or scandalous. if it really troubles you, i suggest you see a counselor.

well it is natural happenning.it is natural to get shock by seeing such a thing too. i think u must concentrate yourself on another thing.do something which will keep you bussy.time will heal you.
