At this point I could really care less if it means I have to be in the bathroom for days..

I need to lose weight asap because we're going to the beach and I will NOT be seen covering up w/a towel bc of this weight..

I weigh 145 and would like to lose about 15 to fit into all my beach stuff.

Laxatives are foolish if you're trying to lose weight. It dehydrates you and throws your electrolytes out of whack.

It's one stupid method Bulimics use to purge. It doesn't make sense because it simply doesn't work for weight control.

Don't rush to lose weight for reasons of vanity. If you lose it too fast you'll gain it back and then some. Because you will have slowed down your metabolism too much.

Plus you will overeat after you stop dieting because your body has been starved and craves extra calories.

Lose it slowly through sane eating habits and reasonable daily exercise.

Added in response to the comment to me made by that "the Mysterious ..." poster below: I would've answered your question seriously if you weren't a pathetic cowardly female foot-stalking maniac user, placing ?s on the web about feet and tickling merely to use peoples' answers to masturbate.

Uh no. When you stop taking them your going to gain it back. But before that, youll prob. end up in the hospital..only 2 lbs lighter do to water loss, and severely dehydrated.You need to start eating differently instead of harming your body..it will work with you to lose weight.Diet and exercise is all that works. Even if you taking pills or on a quick weight loss diet...you still have to diet and exercise it says. So just skip the stuff thats bad for you. And start a food journal. Write down everything that hits your lips. Count cals or total fat grams. Keep cals between 1300-1600 and grams 20-30. Exercise 30 min. a day. Can be whatever you like..even walking. Walking is really good for you. Recommended by my dr. and I lost 100 lbs. on it. You can expect to lose 2-3 lbs a week.

Don't try that at all PLEASE. I agree with all what's said previously, and include to that, my own personal experience. I wanted to lose some pounds too and I decided to use laxatives, but they made my tummy on the run the whole day, including cramps, pains, and embarrassing public situations. So take it from me, it's a stupid thing to do and just lose weight safely and wisely!

not unless you want bowel cancer later on in life. just a good weightloss program and lots of exercise and youll soon get it off. this has a great weight loss plan
