Many of the "successful" companies are actually owned by many taiwanese, hong kong, or americans. very few companies that are successful are actually owned my the chinese themselves. these companies are sucessful because they make their products for cheap in china and then export them to other countries and sell them. By doing this they are significantly cutting the cost of production.
