I want to loose weight but I am a stay at home mom with limited money and a 3 year old and 8 month old with me 24/7. I want to find things that will be suitable for all of us to participate in. Walking just isnt enough to get the job done. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Lay on your back with your knees pulled in. Have them sit on your legs while you lift your legs.
Dance with the 3 year old while holding the baby.

Start a moms group in your area to get the support . Also they have exercise class for mom with kids at the local YMCA, rec centers and some hospitals.

Do routines at home let the kids join in.

let your three year old sit on year ankles while you do situps, things like that.
