I don't know about 150lbs. but try this one for 15-20 lbs. in 3 days. It's the 3 day apple diet, it's a fast found in the readings of Edgar Cayce. It really works and it's only 3 days but worth it! You eat nothing but apples for 3 days, it has to be the red delicious variety. You can drink water, coffee (black), and unsweetened apple juice. It is recommended you do this fast only once a month. Most people think you will be constipated from eating all of those apples but I personally wasn't. In fact, I felt really good after the fast! FYI, Edgar Cayce was a modern day prophet who gave readings in his sleep and his cures from the readings have cured a lot of people. Check out his website!

The only way to lose that much weight is to change your eating habits-go to a nutritionist--and exercise--at least 5 days a week 40-45 minutes at a time--and do some circuit training. It will be a long hard road--there is nothing out there, with the exception of gastric bypass surgery(which has side effects that are life threatening)--that is quick, easy and proven to work. It is good old fashioned sweat and tears that will help you permanently lose weight. It takes a long time as well. That is the only proven way to get rid of the weight. It took me 4 years to lose 85 pounds--but it was worth it because I did it myself--no crash dieting or starving myself. Get off the mindset that it has to be quick--no major life change will be quick. Good luck to you!

The only true way would be a gastric bypass followed probably by an everything tuck, but I still wouldn't call that fast. I do know some people who had a radical way of fast weight loss.I cried when they lowered their skinny little bodies 6 feet under. I still put flowers on their graves every year at Christmas time.

try the Cabbage soup diet for a week--you can lose 10- 15 lbs. After one week, try the Cleveland Diet.On the Cleveland diet, you diet 3 days, eat normal for the next 4 days. Protein diets with no carbs are good, but once you start eating carbs the weight comes back on

I feel I have answered this or similar question in some detail earlier.
You can certainly lose your weight fast almost like snow melting away before your eyes. However, the st retching of the skin that fat leads to does not contract equally speedily sometimes leading to very awkward situations. I have read about a case of a girl who resorted to this strict regimen of starving and lost weight fast. However, the skin of her abdomen did not shrink that fast. She had to fold it up and the securely so that it did not give out an ungainly appeance. She proved to be dating disaster. Being rather attractive she had no dearth of friends. But the moment she undressed herself on the bed the flabby skin would unfold ungainly and hand below so that the companion almost bolted away from the room. She was fortunate to have one suitor who was a doctor. When faced with the spectacle he did not lose his head but took her to a surgeon and had the folds trimmed suitably. And as they say in talels,'They lived happily everafter.'
I myself had the experience of losing weight fast. I put myself on a strict diet.I would not partake of any cookked food and salt was anathema. I subsisted on raw vegetables and fruits. It was a very enjoyable experience as I knew for the first time that bitter gound is not bitter and cillies are not pungent.Within a period of six months I lost as much as 23 Kgs but I kept up exercised side by side to keep my body trim. The loss of weight did in no way make me feel week. In fact, I had a surge of energy within me and at that age 60 years I could negotiate a small hillock on bicycle driving non-stop.However, I had a problem quite opposite to the girl's My stomach receded so much that if I slept on my back it would create a pit and almost touch my back .This was rather uncomfortable and I had to always to sleep on my side.I conulted a dietician about it. He said my diet cnsisted most of carbohydrates whereas body does need proteins. He,however, told me that a couple of handfuls of groundnute would supply all the bodily needs. I following his advice.
I could not continue the regimen since my people felt that I was looking very haggard and had to slowly to come back to normal diet. The fat came back though I kept it within limits.

I lost about 110 pounds in 10 or 11 months. I did Atkins (hard to start, but it was easy to stick to, and I started it before there were store bought low carb things... I had to cook everything).
I started jogging and kayaking. To me, I can't work out for work out sake, it bores me. So I had to find fun ways to exercise.
No matter what diet you do, you HAVE to cheat on your diet for one day every couple of months. The human body can adapt to everything, including diets. I had a one month stall on my weight loss, and my personal trainer said "Take a day, eat a pizza, have a milkshake with it... overload on carbs to shock your body"... the next weigh in at the end of the month, I lost 9 pounds.
Also don't weigh yourself frequently. Weigh yourself at the start, then do it once a month, and always do it right after your good morning bathroom stop. That's when you're at your true weight.
Hope that helps.

Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

Aching to lose weight and don't know how to start? I'm here to help! Here are 20 tips to help get you through one of life's most oft repeated struggles - the Fight Against Fat.
1. Have you tried to give up sugar and haven’t succeeded? Instead of forbidding yourself certain foods - just eat less of them. If you must have sugar in your tea, cut it down from two spoons to one.
2. Ever notice how if you eat when you're ravenous, you tend to overeat? So try eating more regularly, even if it means more frequently. Eat an average of 5 small meals a day, instead of 2 or 3 large ones, where you stuff yourself.
3. Be conscious about what you eat. Keep a food diary and note down everything you eat. You may be shocked at the results.
4. Eat or snack only on the dinner table, not on the couch in front of your television. Once you make a policy out of this, you'll cut down on snacks tremendously. Don't get too comfortable while eating. It’s always better to eat on the go. Always sit straight on the chair.
5. Make rules for yourself. If you experience cravings, give yourself ten minutes before you attack the refrigerator. In most cases, the craving would just die down and you'd walk away.
6. Drink a lot of water. This reduces hunger pangs and gives you more energy.
7. When you decide to finally attack your weight problem, you want it gone by the weekend. But realise that that is just not a realistic approach. If you want it off permanently, you've got to take it slow. It may even take up to a year to get to your desired weight - that's fine, because you've got more of a chance of maintaining it.
8. Join an aerobics class. It's more disciplined and it's always better to work out in a group.
9. Stay busy. Don't just sit around wasting time. Chances are your mind will wander to that delicious chocolate cake… Partake in activities that are not conducive to eating. Join a singing class, take up oil painting or gardening - cultivate a hobby.
10. If you have to snack, try this. Put your hand in the packet of wafers and take out a fistful. Finish off whatever you get your hands on - and that's it.
11. Don't stack up on fattening yummy foods. It’s easiest to control food intake if you just don't have it around. If you feel like chocolate cake, buy a pastry so it doesn't hang out in the refrigerator all week till you polish it off. Similarly, don't keep tubs of ice cream in the freezer. Buy a cup or two and eat it when the mood strikes.
12. When you reach for the refrigerator, stop and question yourself. Are you just bored or are you really hungry? In most of the cases the answer will be the former.
13. Stick little post-it notes on the refrigerator saying, Stop! Or Reach for a glass of water.
14. Buy clothes a size smaller and work towards fitting into them.
15. Don't beat yourself up or lose heart just because you've slipped up a few times. You need to keep a positive outlook and keep encouraging yourself.
16. Visualise how you will look without those extra kilograms.
17. Take up yoga.
18. Find new and different ways to measure how far you've come. Don't just stick to the weighing scale. Scout around in your cupboard and try on old clothes that are big for you – excellent motivation.
19. Find a partner to work out with or to support you. Enlist the help of a friend and go for activities that don't involve snacking. Take up tennis, go cycling… don't just meet friends over lunch or dinner.
20. Get motivated. No one is going to lose your weight for you. You're going to have to do it all by yourself, and if the motivation doesn't come from within you, no amount of friends and family pushing you to lose weight is going to help.
Good luck xx
