Ok, I'm not a Mormon, so I won't know specifically what will get their motors running, but I can give you some general advice.
Talk a little more about what you're looking for in a companion. Don't describe your ideal woman, though--no woman wants to try and live up to an ideal. You mention a couple things, but elaborate on that point. What do you value most in a person (any person, not just a woman)? If it's honesty, for example, then say that, and say why it's important to you. You mention that you like being around fun and outgoing people, but talk a little bit about what that means for you. If you ask anyone if they're fun, the answer is likely to be yes, so you've got to be more specific. You seem to have a sense of humor, so maybe say something like, "I'm looking for someone who can laugh at my jokes, no matter how stupid they are" (I'm not saying your jokes are stupid, I'm just giving you an example. A little self-deprication is usually cute, it demonstrates that you're not arrogant.).
Talk about what you are looking for in a relationship, as well. From this, you can't tell if you just want to meet friends, someone to go out on a few dates with, or if you want to find a wife. Be explicit about that. If your goal is marriage, you should mention it. You won't scare anyone away as long as you make it clear that you understand how much time and effort goes into a relationship to get it to that point. If you're just looking for some friends in the area, then say so. Not only will this attract whichever type of women you want to be attracting, but it might help to avoid some confusion in the future. In a relationship, how do you usually like it to grow? Do you usually start out as friends and see what you have in common to build on? Or, do you generally like to get carried away quickly? Find nice and non-threatening ways to say those things, but do be clear on what you want. Also, if you're posting this on a website that's not exclusively for Mormons, mention your religion, and mention that you're looking for a Mormon woman--this will also help save a lot of confusion in the future.
As far as the profile goes, it sounds fine. Just make sure it sounds like you--that is, would you feel comfortable saying these things to someone in person? Is that really how you would describe yourself? How would your friends describe you? A general writing tip: get it to where you think it sounds perfect and then don't look at it or think about it for at least 24 hours. Then go back to it and see if it still sounds good. When you're writing, especially things about yourself, it's hard to look at it objectively and to know how it might sound to another person. So put it down for a while and come back to it to see if it's really saying what you want it to say to another person.
The only way you're really going to know what kind of women it will attract is to try it out. If you're not happy with the first few responses, then update it.
Good luck.

Hi. Seems a bit contradictory to me. Suppose in my mind church and kiteboarding don't quite mesh. Anyway im sure there's an adrenalin mormon woman out there for you. Actually to be brutally honest, you sound way to busy and way too occupied and it's sounds like your'e having so much fun anyway why dont you just go with the flow and see who pops up?

Dude those b***ches are gonna run over you like a truck.
They're all after as much as they can get from the highest bidder...your profile says you're a broke sucker.
My advice: Whores are cheaper in the long run and give you so much more free time to be happy.
