Well I do not really know what you mean by f, if it means females everybody farts it is part of a normal body functioning. hiding it is easy to save face, it is rude to fart in public sometimes you cannot controil it thus you try to hide it

Culture makes females think that it's unladylike to have any bodily functions. By bodily functions I mean burping, passing gas, pooping, peeing... you get the idea. It's natural, yes, but society makes girls feel that they will be ridiculed if they do these things in public. Of course, after you've been with a female for awhile, being ladylike goes out the window usually. Let the burping, farting, and nose picking begin!

Farting is a manly thing to do. This is one area in which liberal women's groups have decided to leave men alone and let him wallow in his gassly machoism....this and belching. It is important to note that some females still choose to participate in these activities and one day hope to conquer the title of Gassiest Person.

It is more polite, men don't tend to care what other people think, which is a good thing. But if I was a man I would still hide it.

I'm a female, and I don't hide it. My grandfather had a saying that I believe in strongly. "Where ever you may be, let your air go free".
I do however, try to get away from the group setting first.
