Yes you could win the lottery more than once my mother did it 3 times but its alot of peolpe in this world who plays the lottery (trying to get some money) thats probably why it seems that you can't win the lottery more than once.

Though the odds against it are astronimical, I read in a newspaper about a man that won two separate lotteries, on the same day.

oh yes, i saw in the papers a year or two back that a guy won the state lottery (in philly, i think)for over 21 million... then moved his family to florida and won a 3 million jackpot there!
