I am so smitten by this girl, we have known each other three years, and she is all I can think about. We hang out reguarly, like bi-weekly, yet neither of us has ever made the move. What do I do!

You could tell her how you feel, but then you risk alienating her if she doesn't feel the same way.
If you've been hanging together for 3 years and she isn't seeing anyone else, she may not be interested in you. It all depends on whether she likes you or not. Friendship turned into sexual relationships often fail because of the underlying issues that kept you sperate in the first place.
Be careful not to get obsessed with her, otherwise it will tear your heart out when she says "NO".

Awww well from what you've said you are friends with this girl. If you feel so smitten with her then what are you waiting for? Ask her out. When you have such strong feelings you should not try to hide them or pretend they don't exist when you are around her. Ask her out or just tell her how you feel whichever you feel more comfortable with. Go get her!

Tell her you have the hots for her and you would not mind trying out a relationship. But tell her that if she's not interested then that's cool too because you'd rather have her as a friend than not have her at all. Good luck.

Initiate a conversation and try to clear things out. She might also be puzzled of what's the real score between you two and probably been waiting in vain for you to ask her to be your girl... Ask her now before she actually found comfort in hearing it from somebody else..

Well after three years together you should know each other pretty well.....Just tell her how you feel. For all you know that;s what she is waiting for..She is probably afraid to tell you because she may think that you don't feel the same............Take her a single rose and tell her how you feel..

If by "the move" you mean asking her to go out with you, then, by all means, ask her as soon as possible. If you are referring to asking her to be your fiance, then by all means, ask her if you love her. If you mean having sex, do not ruin your friendship with this girl by having sex without committment. Keep it real. YOU are in control.
