I was just sitting here having a good time,it's 2:15 AM, and now I want a chicken leg too. See what you did?

If you bought the chicken leg from the store, it is full of hormones and antibiotics. So no, that would not be healthy. If it is a free range bird that would be better, of corse if you caught it and killed it yourself, it would still be better than the ones bought in the store. The time doesn't change whether it is healthy or not.

Haha... It probably depends on what kind of eating schedule your body is on. Also whether or not you are trying to be healthy. I think the rule is, if you are on a "normal" eating schedule and you are trying to be somewhat healthy or lose wait, to not eat anything after 11pm and if you do, then something very light. Why don't you just drink a glass of water. I do know that eight glasses of water is suppose to be healthy (its easier to do if you drink two really big glasses at room temp. . Or at least that works for me. Oh, and a multi-vitamin couldn't hurt ).

Sure. As long as you stay up for at least an hour, to give time for gravity to work it down. If you eat too close to bedtime, you can get heartburn and gain weight.

Depends whether the chicken objects. They can get pretty nasty when upset.
