the only thing u can do is do cardio such as the tredmill, bike etc. Sit-ups will NOT make u lose fat it only strenthens and builds muscle on your abs. All those info commercials about ab products r lying and people actually believe them. So i recomend doing cardio for 45 minutes a day and eating 5 to 6 SMALL MEALS A DAY, which raising your metabolism which means your body will burn more fat.

GET ON A DIET!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its really that simple, there is fat there so lose it, keep up with your ab workouts and running and joking isnt really the way to lose fat fast, doing sprints and high intesity running will help you lose fat faster. in many cases just simply eating right will help you lose that extra body fat

Well, first, you'll want to *lose* that layer of fat, not loose it. And to do so, you need to do more aerobic exercies (cardio, etc). Also, watch your diet more closely to try and limit bad carbs, and those yogether should help eliminate the layer. : )

cut down on sugars, increase your cardio (how long you do it...at least 20 minutes @ 80% max heart rate), don't let the pain or the cravings deter your progress...of course don't let the pain kill you either.
