You do need a really talented spin doctor, to interact with the media. When the gullible liberal media appropriately interrupts your speeches, you need a talented spin doctor to spin your comments so that it sounds like you are trying to help the underprivileged.
Soon you may spot a segment of society which is disliked by the public, and you can begin your evil domination over this group. With that success under your belt. You can rally the troops to conquer other less liked members of society.
Carl Rove may soon be looking for a new gig and his morals may be in-line with your needs.

Find a place that possesses something or someone that you can use to somewhat control the world. Like weapons , a high rank political figure or *other*. If that doesn't work then still possess something strong either militarily, econimical, etc... Then attack someone that can't defend against this strength.
